Contact the desk
One address reaches the whole editorial team at Sandbox Desk: [email protected]. It is read by the desk that writes the guides, led by Bronwyn Alderscott, our Trading Education Editor.
Write to us about
- Corrections. A figure that no longer matches the platform, a screenshot that describes an old traderoom, a step that has moved — tell us which page and what you saw, and we will check it.
- Gaps. A demo question our guides do not answer. Requests shape what we write next.
- Typos and broken links. Small fixes are welcome and usually quick.
- Editorial and press questions about how this site is researched, funded or run.
What we cannot help with
This is the important part, and it saves everyone time. Sandbox Desk has no access to any IQ Option account — including yours. We are an independent publisher, not the broker, and we hold no customer records, no dashboard, no support queue.
That means we cannot:
- open, close, unblock or restore an account;
- complete or speed up verification;
- reset a password, recover a login, or change an email on file;
- see, release, cancel or refund a deposit, a trade or a withdrawal;
- top up or reset a practice balance for you.
If your problem is with a live account, take it to IQ Option's own support channels from inside the platform or from the operator's official site. They are the only party who can act on it. We will point you back there rather than pretend otherwise.
Please also never send us passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or identity documents. We do not ask for them, we have no use for them, and anyone who does ask while claiming to be us is not us.
What to expect
Mail is read by a small team, not a call centre, so replies come in days rather than minutes and quiet periods happen. Corrections get looked at first: a page with a clear factual error is a priority over a general question. If a message needs no reply — a typo report, for instance — you may simply see the page change instead.
We do not accept guest posts, paid placements, link insertions or sponsored rankings, and pitches for them are deleted unread. How the site is actually funded is set out on our partner disclosure page.
One standing reminder: platform details change. Anything numeric here is a dated snapshot, and current figures should be confirmed on IQ Option's own pages before you rely on them.
